Lumiara ("we," "us") operates lumiara.ai. This policy explains what information we collect while the product is in pre-launch, and how we handle it. This is a founder-drafted policy for a pre-launch product and has not been reviewed by a lawyer — it will be replaced with a formal policy before public launch and before any payment processing begins.
At this stage, the only personal information we collect is the email address you submit through the waitlist form. We use it for one purpose: to email you when your closed-beta cohort opens, and for occasional updates about the launch. We don't ask for your name, payment details, or any other personal information at this stage.
This site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic (for example, page views and referral sources) so we can improve the site. This does not include tracking you across other websites for advertising purposes.
Waitlist emails are stored with our email service provider and are not shared with any other party. When Lumiara launches as a paid product, this policy will be updated to cover account data, payment processing (handled by a third-party processor, not stored by us directly), and usage data — before that data collection begins.
You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time by emailing daniyal@lumiara.ai. If you're in the UK or EU, you have rights under GDPR to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and we'll honour those requests on the same basis even before formal compliance documentation is in place.
Lumiara is intended for business use by adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
As the product moves from waitlist to closed beta to public launch, this policy will be rewritten to reflect what data is actually being collected and how it's processed. We'll update the date at the top when that happens.
